Our story
Dough Rodeo Club started with a wood-fired oven in a backyard off Rainey Street and one simple idea: Texas smoke belongs on a proper Neapolitan crust. We cold-ferment our dough for two days, fire it at 900°F, and top it the way we grew up — brisket, queso, pickled jalapeño, and a bottle of hot sauce passed down the bar.
